About us:

Richardson "Red" Griswold, President/Principal

Richardson "Red" Griswold is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is the designated broker officer for Red House Property Management. Mr. Griswold previously served as Vice President of a commercial and residential property management company in Los Angeles, at the time ranked 15th largest in the state of California.

At Red House, Mr. Griswold monitors and ensures legal compliance with the Department of Real Estate and all applicable laws regulating the property management industry. In addition, he oversees business development and property owner relations.

Mr. Griswold is also a member of the California State Bar and maintains a real estate law practice. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis and his law degree, magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law in San Diego.

Jason J. Riehl, Vice President/Principal

Jason J. Riehl’s professional experience prior to joining Red House Property Management and Real Estate Investment includes a diverse background in property management, real estate sales, marketing, and finance. Prior to his real estate career he spent time monitoring the financial markets as an independent stock trader and was a co-founder of a successful internet start-up focused on marketing and online sales.

At Red House, Mr. Riehl oversees the property management staff, maintains relationships with industry partners and vendors, and manages tenant relations. He also directs the marketing efforts of Red House’s property vacancies.

Mr. Riehl has been a licensed real estate agent for over 5 years working with Andrew Arroyo Real Estate, Inc. and Ocean Pacific Properties, Inc. Jason is a member of the national, state, and local associations of Realtors and the San Diego County Apartment Association. In his free time he enjoys surfing, investing, and spending time with family and friends.
